Are you not satisfied with your order? We think this is a pity and we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you.

Make sure you inform us of your return by email within 14 days of receipt. You can then return your order up to 14 days after receipt of the return form. We ensure that the purchase amount is on your account within 5 working days after receipt of the return shipment. * Note: If you send the order 14 days after receipt of the return form, we are not obliged to refund the full amount.

Step 1: Contact our customer service via the contact form or send an email to Pixelacradehelp@gmail.com stating your order number.

Step 2: Send your order Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account When we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back on your bank account within 5 working days.
